Small round cocktail hat, probably 1950s. SIZE 20.5 inches. Made of thin wide soft hat straw over a layer of regular woven hat straw. Decorated with small balls made of the same soft hat straw. Covered wire around edge. No tags. In good condition - slight fraying at one edge. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
