Breathtaking asymmetrical hat, probably 1930s / 40s but could be a bit later. SIZE 21.5 inches. Made of a stiff black fabric framework covered with soft silk or rayon velvet. Stiff cord topped with a marabou feather brush. No tags. In good pre-owned vintage condition. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
