Adorable 1950s half hat / open hat / cage hat. Made of a framework of wire covered with yellow velvet. This is covered with bright yellow fabric flower petals. Wire at back wrapped with green fabric leaves. Covered with a fine yellow net veil - I did not notice any holes. In good pre-owned vintage condition. MEASUREMENTS Outside width 6 x 7 inches, height 4 inches. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
