Wonderful open ring hat, probably 1950s / 60s. Made of bright yellow straw. Meant to sit on top of head. Yellow net veil across top and down around sides. This has holes and probably needs to be removed or replaced. Yellow velvet bow at top. Yellow velvet around inside. No tags. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
