Great 1990s vest with lots going on. SIZE M Petite, chest to 39 inches. Front made of black velvet with gold metallic painted paisley designs, accented with multicolor glitter (doesn't show up in photos).
Metal buttons down front. Back made of black acetate fabric with back ties. Lined with black acetate fabric. In good pre-owned vintage condition, some shedding of glitter which is normal. ***Photos taken with and without flash***

Length from top of shoulder to bottom down side 20.5 inches
