Amazing large asymmetric hat, probably 1940s. SIZE 22 inches. Made of black velvet over a stiff frame.
Small round 'hat inside a hat' helps keep it on your head. Covered wire around edge. Velvet bow on top. No tags. In good pre-owned vintage condition. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
