Breathtaking black velvet cocktail hat, probably 1930s. SIZE 22 inches. Made of thin black silk velvet in a round asymmetric shape. Covered wire around edges. Large 'horn' shaped ornament of fabric and wire on top.
Prong set rhinestone ornaments in silvertone metal on front. Lined with thin fabric that feels like silk. No tags. In good pre-owned vintage condition. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
