Amazing small round feather hat, probably 1950s. SIZE 21 inches. Made of dark brown wool hat felt covered with small colorful feathers, not sure what kind. Mocha brown velvet ribbon around crown with bow at back. Small Union label inside. In good pre-owned vintage condition - a few feathers are a little bent. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
