Cute round open perch tilt hat, probably 1930s - 40s. SIZE 19.5 inches. Made of finely woven bright green hat straw. Large bow of wide green ribbon at back, ribbon detail at front as well. Small fabric tag inside. In good pre-owned vintage condition - one black mark on inside, not visible when on.
