Round straw pancake / cartwheel hat, probably 1940s or so. SIZE 20 inches. Made of dark navy blue hat straw. Large flat brim, short round crown. Wide velvet ribbon with bow - I have shown this at the front and back. Fabric label in opposite side of hat from the bow so I am confused as to which is the front.
