Great vintage child's hat, somewhere between 1930s - 1950s, very Art Deco look. Unworn with original tag, from Germany. Soft bucket / cap style hat made of sleek black rayon velvet fabric. Small brim around most of hat. Colored star embroidery on underside of brim, which shows when the hat is on. Long double ribbon on back.
