Unique 1950s / early 60s hat. SIZE 22 inches. Brim made of bright blue velvet / velveteen over a stiff base. Crown is made of many large grosgrain ribbon bows, so part of it remains open. Grosgrain ribbon around inside. Tag inside reads 'Mr. John Jr. Celebrity.' In overall good condition - some dirt and makeup on inside ribbon, not visible when on. ***Photos taken with and without flash***
