Adorable 1970s white painted basket purse, with painted red bird, butterfly, and flower detail. Made of white painted woven strips of wood. Lid made of wood, metal hinges on back. Red velvet ribbon trim, velvet ribbon on the wood handle. Inside lined with cotton blend fabric with a cute red floral print. Inside lid painted with flowers and signed 'Edith Redmond, June 1971.' Body of purse approx. 10.5 x 7 x 5.5 inches, handle height 4 inches. In good pre-owned vintage condition - stain on inside fabric and some small marks here and there. ***Photos taken with and without flash.***
